Step I: School / Institute gives Smart Card to the Students
School / Institute imports the list of all its students into scanix Software in Excel Format. Then, it allots the Smart Cards to the Students by registering the card in Student's name, and gives it to them.
Step II: Students scan their Cards at the Gates
Students, upon receiveing their activated cards, can scan the cards at the gates to mark their attendance digitally - each time while entering or leaving the premises.
Step III: SMS alert is triggered
Each time a student scans their card, attendance is marked & an SMS is triggered & sent to the mobile number set in the database automatically, without any manual intervention.
Step IV: Admin can view the reports in realtime
As soon a card is scanned, the report is immediately available inside the Admin panel & the Admin can see/download it as per their convenience.
